What is UX strategy and how apply it? With Jared M. Spool
As designers, we have been talking a lot about strategy, maturity, and culture. All these things need to be discussed and worked but before them, we need to discuss the growth, and maturity, of the UX industry or the digital product industry.
This maturity can impact our point of view when we talk about the difference between UX strategy and UX tactics. The strategy is usually defined by the leader, but we want to stay focused on the application or operationalization of this strategy as well.
